Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning visit. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows and Lockouts

If we arrive for a scheduled visit and cannot access the home (no one is available, locks are changed, or entry is not possible), a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen — hospitalizations, family emergencies, and unexpected situations are always treated with flexibility and compassion. If something urgent comes up, just call us and we'll work with you.

Pausing Recurring Service

If you need to pause your recurring cleaning schedule (for travel, hospital stays, etc.), let us know as soon as possible. We'll hold your spot and resume when you're ready. Extended pauses beyond 4 weeks may require rebooking.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Call or text us at (458) 221-0136 or email safenestseniorcleaning@gmail.com. We'll confirm any changes within a few hours.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a cleaning visit, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the situation in good faith and may offer a re-clean or partial credit at our discretion. Refunds are generally not issued for completed services, but we will always try to make things right.
