- Non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products
- Light organization (countertops, mail, clutter)
- Fridge and pantry tidying
- Laundry, folding, and linen changes (Preferred & Complete plans)
- Bed making
- Trash removal within normal household limits
- Basic visual household walkthrough — noting general observations (not a professional inspection)
- Post-visit family update — a brief note about what was cleaned and general observations (not a medical or safety report)
- Friendly conversation and companion-style visits (not caregiving)
✗ What We Don't Do
- Medical care of any kind
- Caregiving services
- Medication reminders, management, or handling
- Physical transfers or mobility support
- Bathing, dressing, toileting, or feeding assistance
- Emergency monitoring or response
- Transportation
- Professional fall-risk or safety assessments
- Home modifications or accessibility installations
- Pest removal or extermination
- Mold remediation
- Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup
- Heavy lifting (over 25 lbs)
- Hoarding cleanouts (unless separately reviewed and agreed upon)
- Handling weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
- Exterior window cleaning, roof, or gutter work
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
